A charitable receipt will be issued for donations of $20 or more. Donations will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “NH Foundation”.

Cheque

Please ensure your cheque is written to “Northern Health Foundation Inc.”. Cheques can be mailed to 84 Church Street, Flin Flon, MB, R8A 1L8.

Include the following information along with your cheque:

  • Fund Designation: If you want your donation to support a specific area, program, or department, please clearly state the name. If no specific details are provided, your donation will go to the general fund.
  • In-Honour/In-Memory Gifts (Optional): If your gift celebrates or remembers a loved one, please provide:
    • The Honouree’s Full Name.
    • Any message you would like to include.
    • A mailing address if you would like us to send a notification letter to the loved ones.
  • Charitable Receipt Information: For a tax receipt (for donations of $20 or more), please provide your:
    • Full Name
    • Complete Mailing Address
