Important: Cheques must be written to “Northern Health Foundation Inc.”.

Please include the following information along with your cheque:

  1. The specific area, program or department to which you would like funds directed, if applicable. If specific details are not provided, funds will be directed to the general donations fund.
  2. If you are giving your gift in memory of, honour of, or celebration of a loved one, please include their name and any message you would like to accompany your donation.
  3. Donor name and mailing address to which the charitable receipt should be issued (applicable for donations of $20 or more).
